If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions

• Products must be unopened, sealed and in original packaging
• Proof of purchase required
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

How to Return

1. Email support@pepvaultaus.com with your order number
2. Receive a return authorization and return address
3. Ship the product back within 7 days
4. Refund issued within 5 business days of receiving the return
